This half-day event in the serene and beautiful setting of Yogahuset Falun offers you the chance to:
• Understand your nervous system and its role in your stress response.
• Learn to gently and softly reconnect with your body through simple yet effective practices.
• Discover tools to create safety and balance for both body and mind.

• Practical exercises to ground yourself and tune inwards.
• An introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) – a powerful tool to release tension.
• Inspiration and insights into how the body and nervous system work.
• A safe and supportive space with connection and refreshments.
