6 WEEKS OF GROUNDING KNOWLEDGE AND A CURIOUS SOMATIC EXPLORATION OF YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
Feeling like you’re at the end of your tether? You’ve followed all the rules, but your body’s still throwing up roadblocks—chronic pain, relentless fatigue, and yet, all your lab results look fine?
Remember, your body hasn’t given up on you; if it had, your heart wouldn’t be beating. Please, don’t give up on your body. What if “giving up” isn’t the answer? Perhaps it’s more about finding a sense of surrender.
Working with the nervous system (NS) isn’t about fixing something that’s broken—because nothing is. Your mind might have different ideas about that, but we’ll guide you through it in the programme. When we cultivate a friendly relationship with our nervous system, true healing and regulation can unfold.
Program Introduction
The primary role of the NS is to keep you safe and alive, storing all your experiences, both the ones you remember and those you don’t. Working with the NS is like adjusting a dimmer switch. When it’s cranked up too high, the NS can become overwhelmed and shut down. Our programme helps you gradually and safely lower that dimmer, step by step.
Just as a river needs its banks to stay contained, we need boundaries to manage self-worth, receiving, giving, and self-care. Perhaps we weren’t taught these boundaries.
The sensations in our bodies, our neurotransmitters, and the languages of our nervous system are all interwoven. We’ll address the biochemistry, the somatic sensations, and the emotional and thought patterns of the NS.
Your body and mind will begin to align, though not always synchronously. Insights and perspectives will shift, trust between mind and body will rebuild, and sensations will arise. We need to pause, listen, and learn. No one is better suited to care for you than you are.
The Intention
This programme is to create a safe, grounded learning space full of hope where you feel supported, heard, and seen. When you feel safe on a cellular level, healing begins, the NS can relax, and your innate healing capabilities are ignited.
What To Expect:
Somatic tools for grounding and centering safely in daily life.
Lifestyle tips to create safety both somatically and biochemically, including support for sleep, hormones, digestion, and chronic pain.
Grounding knowledge on NS regulation through the fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses, and the biology of trauma.
Essentials of NS regulation and the polyvagal theory.
Creating safety through mindful eating habits.
Understanding the freeze response and why the body enters it.
Understanding the stress response, recognising it as both a gift and a challenge.
Daily support and two live sessions per week to guide you through this transformative journey.
Previous participants have reported reduced bodily pain, improved sleep, less reactivity, a larger window of tolerance, reduced anxiety, improved mood, increased energy, and a deeper sense of curiosity. For some, migraines have even disappeared.

My major program insight: From now on I am giving myself some time off!
I loved the somatic exercises, my favorite part ! I now understand that trauma is like a stored sneeze in the body it doesn't have to be a single event in life. I truly learn in layers at the pace I am are ready for, so now I need to digest all the new insights from the course, integrate and process them calmly. In recent years I have for the last 10 years gone to various specialists (orthopedist, neurologist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist, gynaecologist) via my private insurance, but now finally I have hope and I now know that it will take time to get well as it took so many years to get this sick. I feel hopeful despite everything and lucky to have a plan and support from the lovely and talented Louise!

WEEK 2: HI FREEZE…THANKS FOR THE HELP!
Unpack the biology of the freeze response and how it leads to overwhelm—an energy issue at its core. Understand how overwhelm might be expressing itself in your system and how to befriend your freeze response by meeting it where it’s at.
SUPPORT
WEEK 3: THE STORY WE CARRY & EARLY PROGRAMMING
Dive into sensations and resources through your nutrition and lifestyle habits. Reflect on how you’re regulating today and how early programming has shaped your responses.
WEEK 4: STRESS ISN’T THE PROBLEM—INCOMPLETION IS
Break down the stress response into manageable pieces and learn how to both complete and metabolise it effectively.

Aiming for perfect 24/7 balance isn’t realistic or even desirable. Instead, master the art of surfing the waves of stress—big or small—and choose when to step in or up. We’ll focus on integrating these practices into a personalised, step-by-step daily plan.

As mammals, we’re wired for connection. In a group setting, we can provide and receive support, learning far more than in a single session. Many of us know what to do but still don’t do it. Procrastination can be part of the freeze response of the NS.
