Check out my appearance on The Wilderness Stories podcast!

Linda was recommended to me via a functional medicine colleague about 8 months ago, specifically for nervous system regulation. However, our first on-site consultation in Stockholm had to wait a bit because Linda was going to Greenland first!

Linda's profession: adventurer.

OK how cool isn't this? That your business card says, adventurer!

With the same love for nature and mountains, Linda and I collaborated during the autumn with a focus on recovery, optimization and understanding of body and self. She participated, among other things, in my retreat

Back to Nature in Dalarna, a deep journey inward, in sync with nature and our nervous system.

I think that's where the trust between us grew.
She called me after she decided to end her latest adventure, she wanted an explanation why she felt the way she did and why all this happened. She didn't recognize herself.

Linda, however, she realized that she had all the answers herself.

Already during the very start of the adventure, which was planned between the North Cape and Gibraltar, her body spoke clearly in a way that it had never done before. She had the courage to listen and follow her body, something that doesn't come naturally to someone who is so good at biting and has a thick forehead bone. (another common denominator)

It was the adventure at home that pulled her in too much.
Linda chose to cancel an adventure, something relatively familiar, and embark on a probably more unexplored adventure at home.
