KETO Mocha Mousse

Ingredients:

1.5 cupCoconut Milk full-fat

5 cup espresso Coffee

1 tbsp Bio Gelatine powder

3Egg Yolks

1 tsp Stevia

2 tbsp coconut Oil

2 tbsp Cacao Powder0

5 tspVanilla powder

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a mixer, pour into an air-tight container and leave over night. Will last in the fridge for 3-4 days. Inspired by M.Emmerich
