I’m officially a Biology of Trauma Professional!

This past year has been full of intense moments – tears, self-acceptance, and lots of somatic work.

One of my clients once suggested that I work on my nervous system balance. Now, you might think it's just about doing some exercises but diving into the world of nervous system regulation is a bit more complex. If you take a look at what I've been up to over the last year, I not only completed my regular coursework but also tackled two advanced-level modules. I'm incredibly thankful for that opportunity.

I had promised myself a break from classes, but I'm so glad I broke that promise. This certificate has opened up a whole new world of possibilities and understanding for me and the people I work with. I can't contain my excitement about where this will take me next.

If you're curious about improving your own nervous system, you can book a free consultation with me. You can get an idea of what I offer on my website and social media, but I always customize my approach to your unique situation.

I'm proud to share that my article on "The freeze response in athletes" is now featured on the Biology of Trauma Professional homepage, you can read it here.
