Back To Nature: A True Retreat

Hello and welcome to a transformative 2-night, 3-day weekend designed to help you reconnect with your body and soul. During this retreat, you'll find a sense of calm and clarity in your mind.

This workshop is an opportunity for you to explore different aspects of yourself in a safe and supportive environment. We'll look at how the nervous system works and how certain habits we hold onto might be getting in the way of fully embracing who we are.

Instead of fighting against our own nervous system, we'll learn to respect both our inner motivations and our inner doubts. We'll approach this with curiosity and strive for a "good enough for today" mindset while setting healthy boundaries for ourselves and in our interactions with others.

You'll also gain practical tools for managing your physical and mental well-being in your everyday life and at work. Our days will involve group activities and partner exercises, as well as moments for personal reflection.

The Location - Österby Gård

Our retreat will be held at a beautiful and serene private estate known as Österby Gård, nestled in the enchanting countryside of Näshulta in the Sörmland region.

The main house at Österby Gård, located by the lakeside, was constructed in 1895, while the guest house dates back around 200 years, and both have been recently refurbished. Together, they can accommodate up to 12 guests, offering 5 double rooms and 2 single rooms.

Getting to this tranquil location is convenient, as it's approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Stockholm or a 1-hour train journey followed by a 20-minute taxi ride.

At the estate, you'll have access to private docks for lakeside swimming, an outdoor jacuzzi, a sauna, SUP boards, rowboats, and scenic running and hiking trails to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Investment

The total cost of this weekend is: 11, 975 SEK (incl. MOMS)

50% of the total price above is paid to secure your spot, the remaining 50% is to be paid 2 weeks before the retreat.

The weekend will host a maximum of 12 participants.
