These neurogenic tremors can help release the build-up of stress, anxiety, physical tension or emotional pain that accumulates in our bodies and are the central nervous system’s innate way of discharging excessive tension through the rapid muscle contraction and relaxation of the tremors to calm the body down from an over excited adrenal state.

While this shaking is the body’s innate response to calm down the body when it is traumatised or overexcited, it is often seen as a sign of weakness and there for suppressed, leaving the body held in a chronically stressed and tense state.

 

David Berceli, Ph.D.  is the founder of this revolutionary innovated series of exercises. The method consists of 7 simple exercises that will release tension, primarily starting with the psoas muscle and fascia. The exercises are a simple form of stretching and are used to gently trigger these voluntary muscle tremors.

Is offered through private session or in a small group setting. Please feel free to book a free 15 min consultation, regarding if you would most benefit form doing TRE in a private or group setting, live or online.

 

T.R.E INTRODUCTION SESSIONS

The initial introduction sessions has a small theoretical part followed by the practical part. I will take you through the basic TRE theory and related nervous system wisdom. 

After the introduction sessions you may start practicing TRE on your own.
A TRE folder is provided.

POST TRE INTRODUCTION

The big C & C, commitment and consistency is key! We know how easily it is to fall out of a good habit. That’s why we offer DROP IN classes!

Be guided, supported & explore your TRE journey in a small group setting. 
Join weekly, join monthly, live or online what ever suit your schedule.

Single sessions or package offer available. 

 

PRIVATE INTRODUCTION

Offered in a 3 sessions package.

A detailed welcome letter will be sent to you prior to your first lesson. Our first session is 75 minutes & includes a short theoretical part. 

The follow up sessions are 60 min & a TRE folder will be provided after your last session.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

Are offered in single session or in a package of 5 sessions. 

Single sessions: 1150 kr
Package of five sessions: 5295 kr

 

 

INTRODUCTION IN GROUPS

The introduction group is offered as 2+1 session. The first two sessions are 120 min each with the date set one week apart. 

The included follow up session is a one drop-in class, 75 min –  booked at your own convenience to keep up your routine and practice.

Offered in a small group setting of 6 people. A TRE folder is included.
