KETO Mocha Mousse

Mocha Mousse
1.5 cup Coconut Milk fullfat
0,5 cup Espresso Coffee
1 tbsp Bio Gelatine powder
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp Stevia
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
0,5 tsp Vanilla powder
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a mixer, pour in an air tight container and leave over night. Will last in the fridge for 3-4 days. Inspired by M.Emmerich
