Protein Bread & Fall recipes!

Saturday, Oct 8th 2016

Finally, things are getting back to “normal” again after our big move back home to Sweden. The weekends are not overly booked anymore, and I got a little distance to me “to-do lists”. Enjoying doing nothing or as I would rather label it (in order to not lose it completely) “recovering time”.

This is a great time for me to try new recipes as a fun, creative way of expression! I am going through 2 new cookbooks at the moment trying out different recipes that would work in my everyday life, are healthy, easy and kids friendly of cause.

Super inspired – after I last week attended the Ketogenic Summit – loaded with fun biochemistry, common sense and recipes to try.

This what I have tried so far…ENJOY!

12 eggs

1 cup of protein powder

1 tsp onion powder

Put oven on 325F / 160c. Separate the yolks and the egg whites. Whisk the egg whites into a pointy foam. Then add the 12 yolks, protein powder and onion powder, stir slowly. In a loaf pan, covered with a baking sheet, spoon the mixture into the pan and put into the oven for 30-40 minutes. Easy peasy and delicious!
