Merry merry to you all. Maybe this list of christmas bake can save you some time and frustration, as we are trying to find healthier alternative this holiday season. Get inspired and play around with flavors! Have fun!

Saffron Biscottis – from Elanas Pantry
I substituted the lemon for the saffron.

SiskasKitchens Chocolate Dream Cake
An avocado based dream.

Best ginger snaps ever! Good & stabile enough for a ginger bread house.

Makes 30 ish…

  • 2 dl honey / agave
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp cloves
  • 200 g butter
  • 3 dl arrowroot powder
  • 3 dl hasselnut flour
  • 0,5 dl husk / psyllium
  • 1,5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Heat the “sweeteners” with the butter & herbs, ginger, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Mix all the dry ingredients – combine the vet and dry ingredients. Add the eggs. ” Poor ” the dough into a air tight container and let it sit over night. Place it between to baking sheets and flatten it out, as thin as possible and take the top sheet of. Use your cookie cutters and your imagination! Into the oven for 6-8 minutes on 175 c.



Makes 20 ish.

  • 1 dl coconut cream
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 200 g chocolate 70% or more
  • 0,5 frozen lingonberries
  • 2 msk agavesirup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Raw cacao

Chop the chocolate. Mix and heat everything on the stove, slowly. Stir until the chocolate is melting. Poor the mixture in a dish and but it in the fridge until your can make “truffle balls” of the mixture. Role the truffles in the raw cacao and store cool! Enjoy.
