Blackberry Ice Cream / Smoothie

When it is too hot to eat – I will serve the kids this for breakfast!

Blackberry IceCream

1 avocado

1 cup blackberries

0,5 tsp vanilla powder

1-4 dates (depending on your sweet tooth)

10 Basil or mint leaves.

Mix all ingredients in the blender, full speed until smooth. Add water to get a more liquid consistency, for a smoothie to go! Enjoy!

Tips:

  • add 2 scoops of a good quality vanilla protein powder for a more sustainable snack.
  • Use this instead of yoghurt in your breakfast bowl.
